GMass is the veteran of Gmail mass mail and it is genuinely good at the thing it was built for: pushing volume out of a mailbox that Gmail thought was finished. If you are shopping for a GMass alternative, the first question is not "which is cheaper" — it is "which of GMass's features am I actually using".
If two or more of those are load-bearing for you, switching is a downgrade regardless of price.
| Axis | GMass | OutReach Pilot |

| Sending path | Own relay or Gmail | Your Gmail only (500 / 2,000 per day) |
| Recipient data | Vendor cloud | Your machine |
| Open counting | Every pixel load | Human only; proxy and bot stored, not counted |
| Raw event audit trail | Limited | IP, user agent and verdict per event |
| Pre-send verification | - | Syntax, MX, disposable, role addresses |
| Inbox rotation | Yes (Professional) | No |
At $55/month, GMass Professional is $660 a year. At $25/month it is $300. OutReach Pilot is $79 a year, $49 in the launch window. For a solo sender doing 300-800 emails a month, that difference is real money — but it is the weakest reason to switch, because both numbers are small next to the cost of a campaign that lands in spam. Switch for the measurement, not the subscription.
