# Terms of Service — OutReach Pilot
_Last updated: 2026-10-20_
These terms cover the OutReach Pilot Chrome extension and the self-hosted backend it talks to
(together, "the Software"), sold through Gumroad ("the Seller").
## 1. What you are buying
A licence key that unlocks Pro features for **one workspace** (one Gmail account) for the period
stated on the product page — 365 days for annual and Agency plans, or a rolling 30-day period for
the monthly plan. Agency purchases include **five** activation keys, one per mailbox.
The Software itself runs on hardware you control. The Seller does not host your mailbox, your
campaign data, or your recipients' data.
## 2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Software to:
- send unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable law (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR and equivalents);
- send to purchased, scraped, or rented lists;
- impersonate another person or organisation, or forge sender identity;
- distribute malware, phishing, or fraudulent content;
- attempt to bypass Gmail's sending limits or Google's acceptable-use policies.
You are the sender of record for every message. Every message sent through the Software includes
an unsubscribe link and a `List-Unsubscribe` header; removing or breaking that mechanism is a
material breach of these terms.
## 3. Refunds
**30-day money-back guarantee.** If the Software does not work for you, write to the support address
on the listing within 30 days of purchase and the Seller will refund the full amount through
Gumroad. No reason required.
Refunds are not available for renewals after the first 30 days of that renewal period, or where the
licence was obtained fraudulently (chargeback fraud, stolen payment instruments).
When a refund or chargeback is processed, the associated licence key stops working.
## 4. Licence and restrictions
The licence is personal to the purchasing organisation. You may:
- install the extension on any number of Chrome profiles you personally use with the licensed
mailbox;
- move the licence to a different mailbox by disconnecting the old one.
You may not resell, sublicense, or publish the licence key, or redistribute the Software as your own
product.
## 5. Availability and support
The Software is provided on a best-effort basis. Support is available by email with a target
response of 48 hours on business days. The Seller does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of
any self-hosted backend, AI provider, or third-party service.
## 6. Third-party services
The Software can call Gmail (SMTP/IMAP or the Gmail API), an AI provider you configure, and payment
providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. The Seller is not responsible
for outages, policy changes, or account restrictions imposed by them — including Google limiting or
blocking a sending account that violates Google's policies.
## 7. No warranty; limitation of liability
The Software is provided **"as is"**, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller's total liability arising out of or relating to
the Software is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. The Seller is
not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits,
lost data, or damage to sender reputation.
## 8. Termination
The Seller may terminate a licence without refund if you materially breach section 2 (Acceptable
use). You may stop using the Software at any time; deleting the backend data and revoking the app
password ends all processing on your side.
## 9. Changes
These terms may be updated; material changes will be published on this page with a new "Last
updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
